Kings Lynn PCN are looking for a PCN Development Manager on a full-time basis to work from their Kings Lynn Health Hub. This position is for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The postholder will be responsible for driving the strategic development of the Primary Care Network and leading on transformational change, neighbourhood development, workforce integration, partnership working, service redesign and financial sustainability. They will be responsible for ensuring the PCN is well positioned to deliver excellent patient care and respond to evolving NHS priorities and neighbourhood health reforms.

To be considered for this position, you will require the following:
Essential:
- Educated to A-Level
- Management qualification or equivalent experience (5 years at senior level)
- Project management qualification or equivalent experience (5 years)
- Experience working within primary care within a management role
- Experience of working in a role that requires a high degree of autonomy
- Experience of managing employees
- Experience of financial management
Desirable:
- Experience working within a PCN
- Experience of working with a range of local stakeholders and other providers
Based in the new purpose-built Kings Lynn Health Hub, Kings Lynn Primary Care Network (PCN) serves a patient population of 71,500 patients residing across Kings Lynn and the surrounding area within West Norfolk.
The PCN consists of 3 core GP practices Vida Healthcare, St James Medical Practice, Southgate’s Medical and Surgical Centre & the Wootton’s Surgery.
The PCN is led by a Clinical Director, Dr Caroline Delves.
