About Us
Diversity Care is a successful, independent, family run care provider which was established in 2007. Our CQC report is all Good and we have a great team of Care Workers, Service Users and Management.
We have a Senior Care worker position available and we are able to work around your availability to ensure you and our Service User's have continuity in care. Our working hours range from morning/lunch shifts (7am to 2pm), afternoon shifts (3pm to 6pm) and late shifts (6pm to 10:30pm). Some office admin work and the maintaining of paperwork and information in service user's homes (ensuring they are updated accordingly when required). spot checks and auditing in service user's homes. You will be required to work every other weekend on a rota basis.
Driving license and access to own car is essential for the community position. Not essential for the block sits as they will be at one location.
What are we looking for?
A successful candidate will join our team and support young adults and the elderly to remain independent in their own homes. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to - office admin, auditing of information and documentation, spot checks, personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, domestic tasks, medication, shopping and social activities. We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering high-quality care and enhancing the lives of others every day.
Experience essential for this position and we will also provide you with full in-house mandatory training and up-dates. Care Certificate and level 3 in health and social care preferred. There are plenty of opportunities for progression with Diversity Care.
