The Role: Nighttime Delivery Expert for The Modern Milkman
As a vital service provider, you’ll represent The Modern Milkman, delivering fresh milk, juice, and groceries with precision and care, making a positive impact before the day begins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect pre-organised customer orders from our hub and load your Fiat Doblo van (or similar) efficiently.
- Follow optimized routes via our intuitive app to deliver within your assigned area.
- Deliver with accuracy and care, following customer instructions to ensure satisfaction.
- Collect empty bottles to support our client’s sustainable, closed-loop system.

We’re looking for dedicated professionals with:
- Driving Experience: 21+ years old, with a UK driving licence held for 1+ years and 6 or fewer points (full checks conducted). Age requirement is due to insurance purposes.
- Reliability: Available for 6 nights (Sunday–Friday, 21:30–22:00 start times).
- Professionalism: A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced, independent role, comfortable with night work in all conditions.
- Tech Skills: Own a smartphone (iOS 12 / Android 10 or newer) with an in-car holder and charger.
