Job Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team here at GoVets in our brand new state-of-the-art independent veterinary practice based in central Manchester!
As a Receptionist, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and their animals. You will need to have the ability to remain calm under pressure and also show empathy towards everything that is thrown at you.
At our practice you can expect from a usual working day to include answering phones, responding to emails, booking appointments, registering new clients, completing insurance forms, dispensing medications, taking payments and providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving to the clinic.
You will be supported by a vibrant team including 3 Vets, 2 RVN, 2 VCAs, 4 receptionists and support staff, whilst enjoying the below benefits for joining the company.
- £25000 - £28000 dependent upon experience & qualifications

Previous receptionist or customer facing experience is essential. Previous veterinary industry experience would also be highly beneficial.

- Manchester M40 8EL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Pay: £24,420.00-£36,791.27 per year
