Job Description:
Our company is seeking a permanent House Manager for a retirement development in Troon. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, who must be people focused, willing to learn and proactive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential development, including contractor coordination, health & safety oversight, building checks and supporting homeowners to ensure a safe, well-maintained and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in property, facilities, or housing management
- Be organised, approachable, and confident working independently
- Have a good understanding of health & safety and compliance
- Enjoy working with older residents in a community setting
The role is Monday to Friday, working from 9am until 5pm each day. Additional working hours maybe required from time to time.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
