Property manager & Airbnb Administrator

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Property & Airbnb Administrator to support the day-to-day management of a growing property investment and short-term accommodation business.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks, coordinating with guests, local authorities, utility companies and professional contacts, and providing excellent customer service while supporting the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and guest enquiries.
- Manage guest bookings from enquiry through to check-in and check-out.
- Prepare, draft and send letters, emails, contracts and other business documents.
- Prepare and send documentation to clients, solicitors, brokers and other third parties as required.
- Liaise with cleaners, maintenance contractors and property management teams.
- Communicate with solicitors, legal teams, mortgage brokers, estate agents and other property professionals.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with investors, business partners and suppliers.
- Make and receive telephone calls with guests, contractors and business contacts.
- Maintain accurate records and update booking systems.
- Coordinate property schedules and administrative processes.
- Assist with resolving guest issues quickly and professionally.
- Undertake occasional travel to properties, meetings or networking events when required.
- Provide general administrative support across all areas of the business.
- Carry out any other reasonable administrative duties required to support the effective management and growth of the property portfolio.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Be confident using Microsoft Office and online booking platforms.
- Be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Have excellent written and verbal English.
- Be professional, reliable and adaptable.
- Be confident communicating with a wide range of people, including guests, legal professionals and business contacts.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (desirable due to occasional travel).
- Previous experience within property, hospitality, Airbnb or administration is desirable but not essential.
