Ehsaas Care Ltd is a trusted home care provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred support across the local area. We’re launching a brand‑new events venue and are looking for a reliable, Multi skilled Tradesperson to help complete the finishing stages of the project. This role requires a skilled individual who produces quality results and is comfortable working independently.
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Multi Skilled Tradesperson for a fixed-term three-month contract, with the possibility of monthly extensions. This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across various trades to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, technical expertise, and leadership qualities to support our ongoing service excellence.
Fixed‑Term 3‑Month Contract (Possible Monthly Extension)
Location: West Lothian
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm (35 hours per week)
Pay: £15 per hour (PAYE)
Contract: 3 months, with potential monthly rollover for up to 6 additional months
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Wall preparation and finishing (filling, sanding, patch repairs)
- Basic electrical tasks (changing fittings, installing simple fixtures)
- General maintenance and minor repairs
- Wood staining, varnishing, and basic carpentry
- Hanging mirrors, shelves, artwork, and other fixtures
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Assisting with small refurbishments and touch‑ups
- Identifying issues and carrying out minor fixes
- Supporting the project team with practical tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant trade (handyman, painter, decorator, maintenance technician, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving project environment
- Two recent references (previous employers or clients)
