We have a brilliant opportunity for a confident and focussed HR Coordinator who is eager to take on a new challenge.
You'll report directly to the Director of People and get to work with a collaborative team of HR professionals and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a high quality and consistent HR service to the business.
Key responsibilities

Keep up to date and accurate people data of the full employee life cycle, from the coordination of new starter onboarding to administration of the leaver process

Manage the daily absence line to ensure absences are accurately tracked and followed up.

Offer guidance to employees and managers on sickness absence policy and process.

Identify cases of long term absence that may require occupational health management where appropriate, ensuring employees are supported and understand potential pathways for their return to work.

Able to support administration of all types of employee relations cases including; drafting letters, compiling packs, recording outcomes, etc

Maintain accuracy of all HR systems and processes to help inform decision making

Maintain accurate reports that bring together people data and metrics, for example:

Absence management reporting
- Coordination of onboarding of new starters; permanent and agency

Administration of the company leaver process

Draft and issue standard letters

Monitor and champion the usage of our systems and processes to drive consistency and efficiencies

Support with other admin duties across the team, including Reception and Payroll
About You
The role requires a proactive and data-focussed administrator who will have had exposure to HR systems and may be looking for that next opportunity in their HR career.
You will be solution focussed, have great attention to detail and love an Excel spreadsheet!
You will have the confidence to quickly build relationships at all levels across the business with great communication.
You may be CIPD qualified or eager to start your qualification in the near future.
