Experienced Spray Shop Sprayer
We are looking for an Experienced Spray Shop Sprayer to join our skilled production team, helping deliver high-quality restaurant interiors for leading garden centres, farm shops, and prestigious venues across the UK.
We are a fully integrated design and build company specialising in restaurant design and fit-out. Our portfolio includes projects for renowned locations such as Kew Gardens and Kensington Palace, alongside industry-leading clients including Garsons and British Garden Centres.
As an experienced sprayer, you will play a key role in achieving exceptional finishing standards across bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and interior fit-out elements. Working within our workshop and spray shop, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing a wide range of products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing timber, MDF, veneers, and joinery items for finishing
- Applying primers, lacquers, paints, stains, and specialist coatings to a high standard
- Mixing and matching finishes to project specifications
- Sanding, de-nibbing, polishing, and carrying out final quality inspections
- Maintaining spray equipment and ensuring the spray shop remains clean, safe, and organised
- Working closely with joiners, cabinet makers, and project teams to meet production deadlines
- Assisting with packing and preparation of finished items for installation
- Supporting occasional installation projects across the UK when required

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Spray Shop Sprayer, Furniture Sprayer, or Finisher
- Experience spraying bespoke joinery, cabinetry, furniture, or interior fit-out products
- Strong knowledge of spray finishes, coatings, preparation, and finishing techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Positive attitude and strong team-working skills
- Full right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Ability to commute to or relocate near Stroud
