Position Overview: Hexin Technology Inc. is seeking a motivated and bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our HR team with a focus on recruiting and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of labor laws and be fluent in both Chinese and English. This role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for live hosts、operators and warehouse staff, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business demand for the candidates regarding style, ability, consistency, and punctuality.
- Learn to identify a suitable host/warehouse staff for our business with experience and objective questions.
- Payroll calculation: calculate bi-weekly payroll for hourly staff with multiple-tier rates. This requires reasonable mathematical logic and deadline awareness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UK local labor laws and regulations, and stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for employees.
- Assist with employee-related administrative matters, including accommodation, relocation and other local support needs.
- Support office procurement and operational purchasing, including sourcing supplies, equipment and other materials required for the UK team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Not required if you are a good fit for this position.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
