Responsibilities
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble door components according to detailed specifications and diagrams
- Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, ensuring all products meet safety standards and company quality benchmarks
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions with precision
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety during the assembly process
- Assist in inventory management by tracking parts used and reporting shortages or discrepancies promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is highly desirable, especially in assembly roles
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical instructions and schematics
- Proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, etc., for precise assembly tasks
- Experience operating power tools safely and effectively in an industrial setting
- Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures including inventory handling and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent manual dexterity to ensure high-quality work output
