We’re looking for two new people to join the Fit24 team, with separate roles available across our day and night operations
PART-TIME DAY OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
A member-focused role helping with the day-to-day running of the club.
Your role:
- Welcome and support members & guests
- Assist with membership enquiries, sign-ups & renewals
- Manage the front desk and phone calls
- Support members with gym equipment
- Handle payments and general club administration
- Maintain excellent standards throughout the club
PART-TIME NIGHT OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
A standards-focused role responsible for keeping the club clean, organised and running to a high standard throughout the night.
Your role:
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness across the gym
- Complete scheduled cleaning and operational tasks
- Keep equipment and gym areas tidy and organised
- Regularly check changing rooms and facilities
- Monitor the club throughout the night
- Provide a friendly presence and basic member support when required
- Ensure the club is presented to a high standard ready for the morning team
BOTH ROLES INCLUDE:
Competitive hourly rate, FREE Fit24 membership and opportunities for additional shifts/overtime.
