What We're Looking For:
Proven Salon experience
NVQ Level 2 minimum (Level 3 preferred)
Energetic, passionate, and client-focused
An existing client base is a strong bonus, your clients are welcome here
Ideally within an easy commute of SW11
Self promoting and Social media competent.

We offer unlimited access and earning potential so the figures stated are just the minimum needed for the Indeed advert. The same goes for the 3 month contract we are looking for longer term but always start with a 3 month probationary period.

Duties
- Cutting, colouring, colouring correction, styling, and finishing hair to meet client preferences and current trends
- Offering personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Managing front desk operations including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Upselling retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Mentoring junior staff or apprentices to support their professional growth
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation within the salon environment
Pay: From £13.80 per hour
Experience:
- Hair styling: 1 year (preferred)
