Abbeycliffe Residential Care Home is a 40 bed residential care home for the elderly. We are a close-knit, friendly and busy home located in the center of Radcliffe, Bury.
We are looking for a part/full time Day Care Assistant working 3/4 shifts a week (working hours between 7.30am and 9.30pm).
Experience and NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferable, but not essential.
Job responsibilities:
· Assisting with Personal Care, including skin care, bathing, shaving, toileting, dressing.
· Enabling mobility, including moving & handling transfers, pushing wheelchair, etc
· Assist residents to fulfil activities of daily living
· Respect for client confidentiality and discretion at all times.
· Reporting & recording as per company procedure.
