True Care 247 is looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Care Workers to join our growing team in Warrington. This is a part-time role supporting adults and children in their own homes and within the community.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support
- Assisting with medication
- Supporting service users with daily living activities
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Supporting adults and children with a range of needs
- Accompanying service users to appointments and community activities
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Following care plans and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous care experience preferred
- Experience supporting adults and/or children is desirable
- Caring, compassionate and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Access to a vehicle is preferred
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Additional Information:
- This is a home care role, and travel between service users will be required.
- Applicants must be flexible with working times.
- Hours may vary depending on service user needs and package availability.
- Evening and weekend availability is desirable.
