The Executive Publisher is responsible for driving and managing the strategic growth and development of a portfolio of journals. You may also contribute to the overall success of the publishing unit by managing, developing and nurturing a team of individuals. You will create an environment to successfully engage with external editors, editorial board members and publishing partners, attract the best authors, and to deliver their publishing programme in a timely and efficient manner.
The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. It is based in our London office on a hybrid working model.
Create a positive and energetic team environment, providing trusted management in which your team are engaged, can learn and develop, and understand what is expected of them and the value of their contribution to the business, demonstrating skills in goal alignment and adaptability .
Ensure implementation of strategy and new policies, workflows, systems and processes, applying data analytics/ quantitative skills, business insights, and a strategic mindset to accomplish goals.
