Salary: £32,916–£45,351 per annum, pro-rata (dependent on experience, role and/or qualifications)
About the role
Heart of Supply is welcoming passionate Supply Psychology Teachers to work across a variety of secondary schools throughout Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible and adaptable educator who enjoys working in different environments and inspiring students to explore the human mind and behaviour.
You’ll step into diverse classrooms delivering engaging pre-set Psychology lessons, maintaining a positive learning atmosphere, and ensuring continuity for students.
These roles are fully flexible, whether you’re looking for the variety of day-to-day supply, the consistency of a long-term placement, or something in between, we’ll match opportunities to your skills, preferences, and availability.

What you will need:
· QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with recent experience working in a UK secondary school setting
· Confidence and flexibility to teach across KS3 & KS4 (KS5 Desirable) with the ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and age groups
· A nurturing, calm and consistent teaching approach, enabling you to build rapport with pupils quickly and help them feel settled and supported
· Strong classroom presence with effective behaviour management, rooted in positive reinforcement and clear expectations
· The ability to confidently follow pre-set plans and schemes of work, while bringing your own energy, professionalism and creativity to the classroom
· Clear, professional communication and a proactive, reliable attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with school staff
· A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
· Excellent references and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards in every school you represent
