Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Assist senior sales staff with client enquiries and initial contact
- Support the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Participate in client meetings alongside experienced negotiators
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
- Organise appointments and follow-up activities to nurture client relationships
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies through feedback and insights
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Develop product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn about sales processes and negotiation techniques
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive approach with good organisational skills to support the sales team effectively
