About the Role
Netcore Construction is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team.
The successful candidate will support the commercial management of our residential, refurbishment, extension, commercial and public-sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, tenders and quotations.
- Measure quantities and review drawings.
- Obtain and negotiate subcontractor and supplier prices.
- Monitor project costs and budgets.
- Manage variations and valuations.
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor management.
- Prepare cost reports and final accounts.
- Work closely with project managers and site teams.
Requirements
- Previous UK Quantity Surveying experience.
- Good knowledge of construction costs and contracts.
- Strong Excel and computer skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Relevant QS qualification is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
