Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application
- Provide personalised skincare consultations to clients, recommending suitable treatments and products
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality
- Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate products to clients based on their needs
Skills
- Proficiency in makeup application with an eye for colour, style, and detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively understand client needs and explain treatments clearly
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained
- Ability to work flexibly within a team or independently as required
