Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and versatile Hospitality All Rounder to support the day-to-day operations of Rustica Bistrot Restaurant. This is a varied role offering experience across catering, food preparation, guest service, and front-of-house operations. As part of your role, you will also be required to carry out waiter/waitress duties, including taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to assist in all areas of the restaurant, stepping into different roles as needed to support the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages (waiter/waitress duties)
- Assisting with food preparation and kitchen support
- Supporting catering services and general restaurant operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Working flexibly across different areas of the restaurant as required
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends where required
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is beneficial but not essential
