Our Collins Marketing team are looking for a Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Intern to work on and support innovative campaigns for the leading brand in educational publishing.
As the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Intern you’ll work within the Digital Marketing team to ensure the success of collins.co.uk, as well as provide campaign and administrative support to the wider marketing team. You will help to deliver measurable campaigns in line with the divisional strategy and have the opportunity to feed ideas into, create content for and manage some of the divisional social channels. This is a six-month fixed term contract.

Support the delivery of creative media and digital plans so that all activities are on time and within budget.
- Updating the collins.co.uk ecommerce site to align with marketing priorities across product and content pages.
- Provide general administrative support for the department including social media scheduling and monitoring, managing the Collins social media channels, helping with digital campaigns and administration.
- Create, proof and schedule email newsletters.
- Working closely with other members of the marketing team, to manage elements of monthly campaigns where relevant.
- Setting up and monitoring social media activity across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Reporting on email and social media marketing campaigns.
- Support a culture of collaboration, working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency across brand communications.

- Any publishing or digital marketing knowledge would be a bonus, whether that’s work experience, experience as a bookseller, as part of a publishing society or managing a social media presence, even if it’s your own
