About the Role
Amber Windows is a Family business over 34 years trading in the supply and installation of high-quality conservatories, windows, and doors across the Midlands. We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Surveyor to join our team, full induction and training will be provided, may suit a mature installer who wishes to progress and stay in the industry.
In this role, you will carry out detailed and accurate surveys to ensure sizes and designs are ready for production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough surveys for conservatories, windows, and doors
- Build and maintain excellent customer confidence throughout the survey process
- Offer expert advice and guidance to customers, recommending the best solutions for their needs
- Accurately measure and record all specifications and technical details
- Complete all survey documentation and paperwork to company standards
- Clearly explain the final specification to customers to ensure full understanding
- Take high-quality photographs as required for each survey
- Return completed surveys promptly within agreed timescales
