St Martins Care is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a vital role within our home, where you will be responsible for ensuring our residents enjoy healthy, nutritious, and delicious balanced meals every day.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing breakfasts, occasional home-baked goods, and basic condiments.

Assisting with cooking and serving our menu, with full training provided.

Managing stock control, ordering supplies, and preparing food orders for residents.

Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment by washing utensils and completing necessary health and safety paperwork.

Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
We are looking for someone with a positive 'can-do' attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work methodically. While extensive catering experience isn't essential, a genuine care for the food you serve is paramount.
