What you’ll do
You’ll support people in their own homes with everyday tasks, including:
- Personal care
- Preparing meals
- Medication support
- Companionship and social visits
Pay and progression
Your pay can grow as your skills and experience grow:
- Basic: £15.25 (weekday) | £15.40 (weekend)
- Higher: £15.50 (weekday) | £16.15 (weekend)
- Senior: £15.80 (weekday) | £16.50 (weekend)
- Mentor: £16.30 (weekday) | £16.90 (weekend)
Many of our team progress into senior and mentor roles with the right support and training.

What you’ll need
- A full driving licence
- Access to a car for work
- To live in or near Sevenoaks
What you’ll get
- Paid mileage at 35p per mile
- Paid DBS and paid shadowing
- Training is paid at a total of £350, which is paid in two instalments. The first payment is made with your first salary, and the remaining balance is paid upon successful completion of your probation period
