BiP Solutions are looking for a Content Executive on an initial 6 months fixed-term contract to support the planning, creation and delivery of engaging content in support of external client service marketing activities and our own brands. This spans email, social media, online and webinar channels.
This is a varied and creative role for someone with a flair for producing compelling content that drives engagement and response for our clients. It is suitable for someone with a keen interest in using digital and AI tools to improve how work is planned, delivered and reported.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create and deliver engaging content across email, social media, online and webinar channels, for both internal brands and external clients.
- Develop written and visual content that supports campaigns, including assets linked to public procurement themes, events, briefings, webinars and social media activity.
- Support event agenda content and speaker outreach where required, helping to shape programmes and to secure and coordinate contributors.
- Use AI tools such as Claude to research, draft, refine and accelerate content production and to improve everyday ways of working.
- Coordinate content scheduling, workflow tracking and project delivery
- Support the allocation and management of content work, ensuring activity is delivered through established processes and to agreed standards.
- Maintain awareness of our market and wider external environment to support relevant, topical and commercially focused content.
- Monitor content engagement and share insights and recommendations to help improve future activity.
Skills and experience
- Experience in content creation, copywriting or marketing content delivery across digital channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging content for a range of audiences and channels.
- Demonstrable competence in the use of AI tools such as Claude is key, along with a willingness to keep developing these skills.
- Familiarity with social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, and a good understanding of email, online and webinar content.
- Experience of managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Ideally, understanding of Monday.com or similar workflow/project management tools.
- Confidence working across teams and with clients, with an interest in event content and speaker coordination.
Pay: £27,976.00 per year
