Cook/Kitchen Assistant - Café
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cook / Kitchen Assistant to join our Café Team.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard, ensuring all dishes are presented well and served promptly. You will assist with food preparation, assembling menu items, monitoring stock levels, receiving deliveries, and ensuring ingredients are correctly stored.
You will maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times, keep the kitchen and equipment clean and organised, and support general kitchen duties including washing up and cleaning.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who can work well in a fast-paced environment, support colleagues during busy service periods, and contribute to delivering great customer service and a positive dining experience.
Flexibility to work various shifts including some weekends, and holidays as needed.
