Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, friendly and hardworking individual to join our team at our beautiful wedding venue. This is a varied, hands-on role, helping to ensure our venue, guest accommodation and surrounding spaces are always presented to the highest standard.
The position is ideal for someone local who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining clean and welcoming environments, and is looking for flexible part-time hours that can fit around other commitments. Hours can vary depending on weddings, events and seasonal demand.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but a positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are equally important.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with housekeeping across the wedding venue, guest accommodation and communal areas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation before, during and after weddings and events.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, reception areas and event spaces.
- Prepare rooms and venue spaces ready for guests and special occasions.
- Empty bins, replenish consumables and ensure facilities remain clean and well stocked.
- Carry out light maintenance tasks and report any repairs or issues requiring attention.
- Help keep outdoor areas, entrances and surrounding spaces tidy and welcoming.
- Support the wider team with general venue duties as required.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and use cleaning products safely.

- Flexible and willing to work occasional evenings, weekends and bank holidays during the wedding season.
