We are looking for a friendly, organised and motivated School Administration Apprentice to join the administration team within a busy and welcoming school.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in school administration and education. You will receive on-the-job training and support while working towards a recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the school office.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- Welcome visitors, parents, students and staff to the school.
- Maintain accurate student and staff records.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning and general office tasks.
- Support with attendance and absence records.
- Assist with preparing letters, reports and other school communications.
- Update databases and school management systems.
- Handle confidential information appropriately and maintain data protection standards.
- Support the wider administrative team with day-to-day tasks.
- Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for parents and visitors.

Previous office or school experience is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
