Experienced Flexible Cleaner – Ad Hoc & Multi-Site Work
Location: Birmingham & Surrounding Areas
We are looking for reliable, experienced and flexible cleaners to join our growing team.
This is a Zero Hours Contract, making it ideal for someone looking for flexible, part-time, ad hoc cleaning work. Due to the nature of our business, hours are not guaranteed and will vary from week to week depending on client requirements.

The Role
You will be required to work across a variety of cleaning assignments, including:
- Office cleaning
- Airbnb and serviced accommodation cleaning
- HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Other cleaning duties as required
Typical working hours are generally between 10:00am and 4:00pm, although start and finish times may vary depending on the requirements of each site.
Multiple Sites & Shifts
Due to the nature of the role, staff may be required to work multiple shifts and at different client sites during the same week or, where required, on the same day.
The ability to travel between different locations is therefore important.
Having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for certain shifts, particularly where multiple sites are involved.
However, you do not necessarily need to drive to apply if you are comfortable travelling to different locations using public transport or other suitable means.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' professional cleaning experience.
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Have excellent attention to detail and maintain high cleaning standards.
- Be flexible, as shifts, working days and locations will vary from week to week.
- Be physically fit and able to carry out cleaning duties safely.
- Be comfortable working across different types of cleaning environments.
- Be able to travel to different client sites across Birmingham and surrounding areas.
- Must have access to smart phone with internet access
Driving
A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle may be required for some shifts.
Where staff are required to travel between multiple sites during a shift, a petrol allowance will be provided for authorised business travel.

Please Note
This is an ad hoc cleaning position. Some weeks you may receive several shifts, while other weeks there may be fewer shifts depending on client demand.
