The Role:
- Build relationships with businesses across Future Mobility, Clean Energy, Defence and Space
- Headhunt high-calibre professionals for specialist and business-critical positions
- Develop new client relationships and identify commercial opportunities within your market
- Manage the recruitment process from initial conversations through to negotiation and placement
Requirements:
- Degree educated
- B2B sales or previous phone based experience (preferred, not essential)
- Personal achievements whether this is from sport, music, academics, or any other areas you’ve excelled in
- You’re ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong work ethic
