Paralegal (Property Services)

As a Paralegal at Hyde, you will support experienced lawyers within the legal team to manage a varied caseload of housing management and wider legal matters. You will help deliver high-quality, cost-effective legal services across the Hyde Group, supporting internal clients with claims, transactions, documentation and practical legal guidance.
Key Duties
- Assist with delivering legal services across the Hyde Group, meeting agreed KPIs and ensuring value for money.
- Support a wide range of property services and other legal matters, helping to achieve positive outcomes for the Group.
- Prepare advice for internal clients on housing claims, including merits, outcomes and quantum where appropriate.
- Support transactions by drafting agreements for review and reviewing relevant documentation.
- Carry out legal administrative tasks, including preparing trial bundles, attendance notes, schedules, meetings and invoice coordination.

As a Paralegal we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Proven experience in a legal practice, ideally with at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and passion for delivering high-quality, value-for-money legal services.
- The ability to manage a supervised caseload, work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines.
