We are looking for a Sous to expand the current business,
The ideal person is one who can help run the kitchen, cook from fresh and come up with new ideas.
Be a Friendly and enthusiastic person with a good sense of humor.
They will be part of a solid team.
This job would be good for someone who wants to step up to a sous. We are offering 2/3 days a week off.
Weekends will be required and evenings as well.
You will need transport due to location. Running the kitchen
We are a busy gastro pub serving good home cooked food.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hastings TN35 4QE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Cooking: 3 years (preferred)
