Help Change Lives – One Patient at a Time
Do you love building relationships, helping people and making a real difference?
At Kreate Dental, we're looking for a compassionate, motivated and enthusiastic Remote Patient Coordinator to join our growing team.
As part of our established Patient Coordinator team, you'll be the friendly voice that many of our patients speak to first. You'll guide them through every stage of their journey—from their initial enquiry, through consultations and treatment planning, to starting treatment and beyond.
This isn't a call centre role, and it isn't simply about booking appointments. It's about understanding each patient's needs, building trust and confidence, answering their questions and helping them make informed decisions about their dental health.
If you enjoy talking to people, naturally build rapport and love providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Remote Patient Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping patients begin their journey with Kreate Dental.
You'll:
- Be the first point of contact for new patient enquiries.
- Build genuine relationships with patients through regular telephone, email and online communication.
- Listen carefully to patients' concerns and understand what they're looking to achieve.
- Explain treatments, finance options and the patient journey with confidence and empathy.
- Guide patients from their initial enquiry through to consultation, treatment acceptance and treatment commencement.
- Support patients throughout their journey, ensuring they always feel informed, valued and cared for.
- Follow up consultations and outstanding treatment plans, helping patients make informed decisions without pressure.
- Book consultations and treatment appointments across our practices.
- Work closely with our dentists, treatment coordinators and practice teams to provide a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records using our CRM and practice management systems.
- Contribute towards team performance by helping patients access the treatment that's right for them.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Naturally friendly, warm and approachable.
- An excellent communicator with outstanding telephone skills.
- Confident building rapport and developing long-term relationships.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently whilst remaining a valued member of a close-knit team.
- Positive, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Comfortable working towards shared team goals and performance targets.
Previous experience within dentistry would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
We're equally interested in applicants from healthcare, hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, travel or similar industries who genuinely enjoy helping people and delivering exceptional experiences.
Full training will be provided.
Working Hours
This is a full-time remote position.
The role includes a combination of daytime and evening shifts, together with one Saturday per month as part of a rota.
Working patterns are planned in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary.
- Performance-related bonus opportunities.
- Fully remote working.
- Comprehensive induction and ongoing training.
