Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience across commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, who is confident in service, fault-finding, and client-facing responsibilities, and is looking to join a technically focused and growing organisation.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service work across a range of refrigeration systems
- Attend breakdowns, diagnose faults, and complete repairs efficiently
- Service and maintain equipment including chillers, process cooling systems, blast freezers, spiral freezers, and cold storage systems
- Manage customer expectations and maintain strong working relationships on service contracts
- Support internal teams with technical feedback, project coordination, and follow-up works
Requirements:
- F-Gas Qualification with NVQ Level 2
- Proven experience working on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems and chillers (HFC/HFO refrigerants)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
- Ability to work independently in a mobile, UK-wide role
