Responsibilities:
Reception Duties

Greets all visitors and employees at Head Office in a warm friendly manner

Responsible for answering all switchboard calls and re-directing appropriately

Responsible for ensuring all messages are communicated to the relevant individual within a timely manner

Responsible for the sorting and distribution of the post

Manages the booking of the Head Office meeting rooms

Books taxis for client, visitors and employees
Customer Service

Delivers a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
-
Develops strong relationships across field support to support the objectives of the team

Interacts with peers in other departments to achieve the overall objectives of the support function
Systems and Process Understanding
-
Supports the administration function of the field office
-
Supports the execution of standard processes – including but not limited to payroll, compliance, visas, overpayments, complaints.

Manages and maintains the input of information into the key systems with a strong focus on data integrity

Responsible for the collection of business critical data

Is able to extract key information from the system to support the overall objective of the Field Support team
Compliance

Understand contractor on-boarding requirements

Understands legislation effecting the business and contractors. Supports process changes as a result of new/changed legislation

Understands visa requirements and restrictions
