Title: Watch Technician/Jewellery Sales
Job purpose: Provide a basic repair service onsite of quartz watches and sales of Jewellery, watches and repairs. Must be comfortable selling Jewellery and working to targets, however, customer service is key, so you should naturally enjoy looking after your customers.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Basic repairs of watches such as fitting new batteries, resealing cases, fitting straps and bracelets, bracelet shortening.
- Identifying problems with jewellery and a good knowledge of jewellery repairs.
- Very high level of customer service.
- Be flexible to work 2-4 days per week either at our Darwen or Bolton shop.
- Cash and card handling
- Process information on our in house EPOS system
- Health and safety adherence
- Basic administrative duties; ordering of parts, faxing/emailing information, banking, taking post.
- Keeping shop and displays in good order.
- Able to open and close a branch.
- To work on own intuitive and as a team.
- Be of smart appearance at all times.
- Full Driving Licence.
- Hours: Part Time. We are looking for someone who can work between 15.5 and 31 hours per week(2 -4 days per week including Saturday's) in either our Darwen or Bolton Shop.
- We never work Sunday's
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £10,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
