We work with residential clients on long-term garden maintenance, seasonal planting and
garden development. We are a young, creative and hands-on team, passionate about building
and maintaining beautiful, healthy gardens.
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Gardener to support our garden maintenance and planting projects. This is a physically active, outdoor role involving a wide variety of garden tasks throughout the seasons.
The ideal candidate will have basic gardening knowledge, a positive attitude, and a genuine
interest in developing their skills within a growing team plus a driving licence.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive to our tool depo, drive to our clients' gardens
● Lawn care (mowing, scarifying, edging), digging
● Hedge trimming and pruning
● Weeding and general border maintenance
● Planting and plant care
● Basic plant propagation and seasonal garden tasks
● Using and maintaining garden tools
● Following structured task lists during garden visits
● Working independently and proactively once familiar with the gardens
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,920.00-£30,800.00 per year
