Mobile Relief Security Officer
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Lichfield & Telford
Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour
Shift Pattern: Flexible relief
About the Role
We are looking to recruit a reliable and professional Mobile Relief Security Officer to support our operations across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone flexible and adaptable, who can provide cover where required while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.
As a Mobile Relief Officer, you will act as a visible security presence, ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property across all assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Providing a professional and approachable security presence
Carrying out access control and managing site entry
Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to alarms
Completing accurate incident reports and daily logs
Supporting multiple sites as required across the region
Maintaining high standards of customer service
What We're Looking For
Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT literacy for reporting and system use
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, professional, and flexible approach
Confident working alone (lone working) when required
