We are looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our spa and wellness team for a consistent three-day schedule across Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (alternating).
This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled therapist who wants regular weekly work within an established luxury salon and spa, without committing to a full-time position. You will be joining a professional, supportive team and working with loyal guests who value expertise, care and exceptional service.
About the Position
You will deliver a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments while creating a calm, personalised and memorable experience for every guest.
Our weekends are among our busiest days, so we are looking for someone who feels confident managing a varied treatment column, maintaining excellent standards and building strong relationships with returning clients.
Treatments may include:
- Advanced and results-driven facials
- Massage and body treatments
- Waxing
- Brow and lash services
- Manicures and pedicures
Alongside performing treatments, you will provide thoughtful consultations, recommend suitable home care where appropriate and ensure each guest receives attentive service from arrival through to aftercare.
The Right Person
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have at least six years of professional beauty therapy experience
- Are confident delivering a broad treatment menu
- Have strong massage and facial experience
- Work to a consistently high standard
- Understand the level of care expected in a luxury environment
- Are warm, professional and confident with clients
- Are dependable, organised and punctual
- Take pride in presentation, hygiene and attention to detail
- Enjoy working independently while contributing to a wider team
- Have a genuine interest in skincare, wellness and client wellbeing
- NVQ2 qualification as a minimum
Working Days
This position requires availability on:
Friday - 9:30am–6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am–6:00pm
Sunday: 9:30am–5:00pm
Applicants must be available to work all three days and we can arrange alternating Saturdays and Sundays.
Pay Options
We are open to both employed and self-employed arrangements:
Employed: £14 per hour
Self-employed: £18 per hour
The preferred arrangement can be discussed during the interview process.
