Job Title: Senior Hair Stylist

As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will lead our salon in delivering top-notch hair services to our clients. Your role will involve providing exceptional hair styling services, managing the salon operations, mentoring junior stylists, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and treatments
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
- Manage salon operations including inventory management and appointment scheduling
- Mentor and train junior stylists to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Upsell salon services and products to clients
- Collaborate with the front desk staff to ensure smooth salon operations
- Demonstrate expertise in barbering, makeup application, and eyelash extensions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist or similar role
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in store management is a plus
- Passion for delivering high-quality hair services
- Certification in hairstyling or related field is preferred

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,386.46 per year
