We are looking for an organised, hard-working individual to join our team in an award-winning Fish and Chips shop.
Duties include -
- To maintain a high standard of hygiene levels and safety throughout the premise. This will include ensuring all equipment, surfaces, walls and flooring is cleaned correctly
- Previous experience in working within a busy food environment.
- preparation of potatoes and cellar management
-fish filleting
- General cooking of all homemade specials.
