We are looking for Health Care Assistants who are kind, caring, and compassionate to care for patients who have complex needs in their own homes.
What will be your responsibility be:
We are currently seeking experienced complex care assistants to join a dedicated existing team to support a gentleman with spinal injury in the Plymouth area on a 2:1 basis to ensure safe moving and handling. We are looking for people who really do care and want to feel proud about the work they do each and every day. Our client requires a team around him who are caring and skilled (or keen to learn). Our client has a friendly small dog so we are looking for staff who are not afraid of being around dogs.
All training can be provided, as long as you have the right approach. Experience of delivering care in peoples own homes is beneficial but we will provide any training you need or wish to have.
Hours/Schedule:
We are looking for a complex care assistant to work in a team on a Rota basis 09:00 - 14:00 / 17:00 -22:00 to cover over 7 day week. There is also availability to work over a split shift 10 hours or 5 hour shift. We have bank and part time vacancy's available.
- £14.82 per hour for days.
- £15.45 per hour after 8pm and Saturday.
- £16.48 per hour on Sundays
