Certification renewal: employer funds JLR Academy training and renewal once the technician is permanent. This is a live concern for JLR techs who risk losing certification if it is not renewed, so raise it early in the call. It is one of the strongest arguments we have.
Route to permanent: a genuine Level 4 JLR Master Tech who interviews well can be taken on directly rather than running a temp period. Qualify this early. If the candidate wants permanent from day one, that is available and we should position it as a perm deal, not temp to perm.
Pay: £22.00-£24.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
