SO Aesthetics Worcester are looking for a highly motivated and driven Laser and Aesthetics Therapist with a passion for skin.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail, be friendly and enthusiastic and enjoy building relationships with clients. The candidate must be passionate about skincare, self motivated and work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the day to day consultations and the delivery of skin and laser services.
- Training in Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Chemical peels and Dermaplanning would be desirable
- Skin consultations - Knowledge of Obagi Medical, Zo and Medik8 would be advantageous
- Proactively maintain regular engagement with patients and develop a growing clientele.
- Responsible and accountable for individual performance and for exceeding targets of all required metrics.
- Patient consultation, assessment and diagnosis, creating treatment plans
- Patient education
- Corresponding with patients following completion of consultation to provide summary
- Maintaining clinical environment, adhering to health and safety policies
The right candidate will receive extensive training in Laser Hair removal and other skin treatments. Prior knowledge/training on ZO, Obagi and Medik8 skincare
Hydrafacial, micro-needling, laser skin treatments and Laser Hair Removal is desirable.
