Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at The Highfield Hotel. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly after use.
- Assist with laundry duties as required to support the housekeeping department.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing areas to ensure guest safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
