DWS Construction Ltd is an ambitious and growing domestic and commercial maintenance and fit-out organisation with a growing portfolio of Clients across Manchester and surrounding areas
Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Multiskilled Trades persons to join our team on a self-employed basis working in Manchester and surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone who is skilled across multiple trades and can take responsibility for completing works independently to a professional high standard.
Duties will consist of:
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs of property (plumbing, carpentry, door hanging/repairs, plastering/filling, painting and decorating, Brickwork)
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance operative, or in a similar role
- Good all-round practical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
