Bar Staff / Front of House
We are recruiting Bar Staff and Front of House team members to join our team for busy match days, functions and events.
This role would suit candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service to our members, sponsors and guests.
You will play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits us. Whether serving behind the bar, assisting with functions or supporting our front-of-house operation, you’ll be part of a friendly team at the heart of our club and become part of the rugby family.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Have a friendly and positive attitude
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Work well as part of a team
- Are reliable, enthusiastic and professional
- Have previous bar or hospitality experience
- Have weekend availability – this is essential
- Must be aged 18 or over to apply for bar staff positions
