Our hardworking and super knowledgeable Customer Service Team are based in Sutton in Ashfield and we are looking to recruit a full time, permanent, Customer Supply Coordinator (CSC) to join them. You will mainly be based in Sutton in Ashfield, with one day a week at our Manton Wood (Worksop) site and travel to other sites/customers as required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service experience. Once you have been trained, there will be the opportunity to work up to two days a week from home should you choose to do so.
The department operates Monday to Friday 8am-6pm; start and finish times will work on a 3 week, rotational basis; 8am-4pm week one, 9am-5pm week two and 10am-6pm week three. The team also take it in turns to cover calls for a few hours on a Saturday morning (which can be done from home).
Day to day responsibilities to include (not an exhaustive list):
- Reporting into the Customer Supply Manager, the CSC will be responsible for handling orders and queries for high profile World of Sweets commercial customers
- Be responsible for delivering service for their own customer group
- Own the order to invoice process, ensuring all orders are captured through to POD, managing any discrepancies pro-actively with their customers on the day of delivery
- Work alongside their Commercial Manager to support with new line forms/pricing
- Attending weekly demand meetings to have visibility of product code changes in order to cascade to their own CM and Customers
- Onboard new customers alongside Commercial Manager
- Meeting new customers
- Teams calls introductions to understand the customers business and build relationships
Who would suit this role?
With previous experience in a customer facing environment, ideally gained in a similar role, you will be passionate about providing the best customer experience all the time, every time. With excellent PC and communication skills, you will be able to work under pressure in a target driven environment, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be prepared to take accountability, be proactive and positive all the time. Teamwork will form a fundamental part of your daily life!
