Wynsdale Group Ltd are a Kent based company specialising in cleaning and clearance services, especially within the social care sector.
We are looking for a General Operative who can join us as soon as possible for the following activities:
- Working with our mobile team, with varied hours, mainly across Kent.
- Clearing and cleaning to private, commercial and public properties – some materials may be hazardous/contaminated including clinical and human waste (full training will be provided)
- Other duties as required – our business is highly reactive to client’s requirements.
We need someone who:
- Is motivated, hard-working and can be relied on to work with colleagues/by themselves, unsupervised if needed;
- Can deal with clients on site, solve basic problems, use common sense and represent the company in a professional manner;
- Will be willing to tackle sometimes very unpleasant assignments (given appropriate training);
- Has an eye for detail and will look to do just a little bit more than is required;
- Takes ownership of their role and has pride in their performance.
We are expanding rapidly and you have the chance for a long term future with us. We look after our staff and they are our strongest asset. A typical week may include:
- Clearing and cleaning of a private house so a patient can return home from hospital;
- Collection of various items for disposal at a commercial waste tip;
- An ultra-deep clean of a house where the client is unwell and has been unable to look after themselves for some time;
- Emptying of a hoarded or probate property;
- De-cluttering of a home to ensure safe pathways.
We do not offer municipal waste services so we are not looking for a "dustman" and neither do we provide daily cleaning so we don't want an normal office cleaner.
Our services are bespoke, the role is varied and challenging and we often carry out our projects with very little notice - we are very good at what we do which is why we have an extremely strong reputation with our clients.

All staff will be subject to a DBS check.
This role would suit someone who:
- Is fit for manual duties (essential);
- Can be flexible with their working hours to suit the business and provide a work/life balance (essential);
- Has commercial cleaning experience (essential);
- Has previously worked in a related service industry (preferable);
- Can drive (essential) ,
